CLHEI LLC Limited 1 Year Guarantee, Return and Exchange Policy
We guarantee material durability our leathers for life. This does not cover stains and scuffing/tearing by contact with sharp objects or general wear and tear. Colors will change over time. This is to be expected and is not covered under this guarantee.
Hardware and stitching we guarantee for 1 year. We choose distressed hardware as part of our design ethic and zippers and hardware will tarnish over time. This is normal and is not covered by our hardware guarantee.
We test our products under normal loads. Damage due to obvious overloading will not be covered.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Full-priced items purchased in the last 14 days are eligible for a return or exchange.
In order to start the process of returning or exchanging an item please email email@example.com to receive authorization.
To be eligible for a refund, we will require proof of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging or similar.
Gift cards and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items are non-refundable, but may be eligible for exchange or store credit.
We offer exchanges for alternative colors of the same item, or for store credit towards the purchase of another product. If you need to exchange your product, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges due to manufacturing defects during the first year will be covered by us. Return shipping will be paid by us in this case.
Reasons for your refund to be denied
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts.
More than 14 days have passed since purchasing.
Item purchased during a sale.
Damaged in transit
In the event that an items arrives in poor quality due to damaged packaging, please retain and photograph the item and packaging within 24 hours of receipt and email to email@example.com.
Late or missing refunds
If you believe you haven’t received an authorized refund, please check your bank account or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Unless the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, our original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be responsible for lost returns.
PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
Discount codes cannot be used during promotions and site-wide sales. Gift cards purchased during a sale are valid for the amount paid for the gift card for the duration of the sale, or for face value when products are returned to normal price.
